The pandemic has been a catalyst in preparing our employees for the future. This inspired us to rethink our vision for training our employees. The transition to a remote work model during the COVID pandemic has allowed us to launch training programs at home. Our instructor-led webinars and self-paced online courses have provided our employees with ample opportunities for further learning and self-development. In addition, we encourage our employees to become certified in new emerging technologies.

Electronic learning platform

Our e-learning platform provides another learning experience that we use at Schmidt & Schmidt. With the help of a specialized online platform, our employees can study in their spare time.
